Beschreibung
This data set contains GIXD (grazing incidence x-ray diffraction) data of different anthracene samples measured at the XRD1 beamline Elettra Trieste. The samples are anthracene powder and anthracene thin films with uniplanar and biaxial texture. Furthermore, a specular scan of an anthracene thin film with uniplanar texture is included, measured on a Panalytical Epyrean.
Technical info
GIXD data was measured with X-rays with wavelength 1.4 A on a Dectris Pilatis 2M detector at a sample-detector-distance of 200 mm. For the transformation of the data to reciprocal space an LaB6 calibrant was measured. The corresponding file is also included in the data set.
