Animations for VIVA+ 1.0.3-alpha in AD position

General remarks

These are animations from the simulation results supplementing the PhD thesis of Felix Ressi (DOI: 10.3217/7bge8-ffb75). A detailed description of the simulations and subsequent injury analysis can be found there, as well as at the description of the other simulation results (DOI: 10.3217/sjk6x-1pj34).
