Framework conditions for Shared RDM Services in Austria - Presentation

The second edition of the Conference on Research Data Infrastructure (CoRDI) took place from 26 to 28 August 2025 in Aachen, bringing together national and international experts at RWTH Aachen University. The conference offered a diverse programme of keynotes, presentations, poster sessions and a “marketplace of opportunities,” all centred on the effective use of research data to generate new knowledge.

The Shared RDM Services & Infrastructure project contributed with a dedicated sub-session on the framework conditions for shared services in Austria, which attracted strong interest. The presentation and an accompanying poster highlighted how shared infrastructures, common standards and clear governance models can strengthen research data management across institutions and disciplines. CoRDI 2025 once again provided a valuable platform for exchange, enabling Austrian perspectives to contribute to broader European discussions on sustainable and interoperable research data infrastructures.
