Data for FENCE Flexible Electric Noise Cancellation Endo-shield for the Suppression of Electromagnetic Interference in Low-Field MRI
Beschreibung
This data was used in the preprint FENCE: Flexible Electric Noise Cancellation Endo-shield for the Suppression of Electromagnetic Interference in Low-Field MRI uploaded to arxiv.org. The .mat files can be opened with MaRGE a graphical environment for MaRCoS [1]. The Q factor data is saved in the .csv format and was exported from a Network Analyzer. The scripts for recomputation of the results used in the publication can be found https://gitlab.tugraz.at/ibi/mrirecon/papers/fence.
- FENCE_Phantom_OSIIcoil includes the data for the phantom Q factor measurements and the phantom MRI experiments.
- 50OhmBaseline contains the baseline data where the TXRX switch was terminated with 50Ohm.
- NoShield contains the MRI data and Q factor measurements without an inner shield.
- CopperShield contains the MRI data and Q factor measurements with the copper-foil shield.
- FENCE contains the MRI data and Q factor measurements with the copper-foil shield.
- Note: The datasets here also include situations were the phantom was grounded using a single ECG electrode as well as without EMI coupling. These datasets were not included in the publication but we still included them as they might contain information that is interesting to someone (NOEMICoupling_* and Grounding_*). The noise spectrum data uses the Localizer_* prefix in the name as it used a localizer sequence without an active RF amplifier (see publication for more details).
- FENCE_Phantom_nonsegmentedcoil includes the imaging and noise data for the non-segmented phantom coil.
- NoShield contains the MRI data and Q factor measurements with an inner shield.
- FENCE contains the MRI data and Q factor measurements with the copper-foil shield. This data was not used in the publication.
- QFactor includes QFactor measurements for the unsegmented coil that were not used in the publication due to not being relevant.
- FENCE_InVivoSNR includes the data for the in-vivo experiments (SNR and Q factor measurements).
- 50OhmBaseline contains the baseline data where the TXRX switch was terminated with 50Ohm.
- NoGrounding includes the MRI data without an inner shield and no subject grounding.
- Grounding includes the MRI data without an inner shield and subject grounding using a single ECG electrode.
- FENCE includes the MRI data with the FENCE shield and no subject grounding.
- FENCEaGrounding includes the MRI data with the FENCE inner shield and subject grounding using a single ECG electrode.
- FENCE_InVivoRobustness includes the data the data for the experiments under various EMI conditions.
- EnvironmentalNoise includes the MRI data under various EMI conditions (3D Printer and Field-mapping robot) with and without FENCE shield.
- ArtificialNoise includes the MRI data under artificial EMI conditions (SingleFrequency and Broadband) with and without FENCE shield.
