LAPO Dataset: LLM-Assisted Parameter Optimization of Low-Power Wireless Protocols

Data from the paper "LLM-Assisted Parameter Optimization for Low-Power Wireless Protocols" (EWSN 2026). The record holds the optimization runs of the evaluation: the parameter sets tested with their measured outcomes, and the optimizer's proposals and rationales, for the Crystal and RPL protocols, four application requirements, and proprietary and open-weight language models, plus the live runs on the D-Cube testbed. It also holds the prompts used, example protocol summaries from the repository analyzer, and the recorded testbed traces the emulator replays, which come from the APEX dataset. The README describes the file formats.
